Filson Fly Rod Travel Case

Filson - Shop Collection: Fly Fishing: Fly Fishing Accessories: Fly Rod Travel Case
I saw a fellow using one of these for carrying around his punties and pipes. It looks like a great item for this purpose.
See you for Ice Cream.

Brent is at the Bella Vista Arts Festival. I think it is going to be a very good show. He said it is a beautiful place. If you are looking to do something this weekend head over to Arkansas. The War Eagle Show is happening this weekend too.
We will be working in the studio this weekend. Everything is getting in tip top shape. Drop by and check it out.
Keep it centered.

Here is the gallery space from a slightly different angle.  Posted by Picasa

Here is a photo of the studio gallery. We are still in the process of fixing it up but this is almost complete.  Posted by Picasa

We got some good lights from the home depot. Go to the one on Penn and Memorial. Great staff. Not as crowded. I like Lowe's as it is close by but the service is lacking as of late.
We put up the lights in the gallery. It is really looking outstanding.
Blowing this evening too.
We have set our Winter/Spring Schedule with the OKCMOA. If you are interested in taking a glassblowing class now is the time to contact the OKCMOA educational section to get on the waiting list or enroll in a class.
Keep it centered.

Weekend Schedule

We will be working on Friday in the studio just getting things together. Putting up shelving in the gallery. Making space in the torch room. Brent has been diligent in the running of wires for new lights and needs to be praised upon high.
Saturday is class day until 2 and then we will be going and blowing. Sunday will bring a final cleanup I hope and blowing around 2 or 3 for the evening.
I got a new receiver for our stero so music should be playing and hopefully speakers will be hung throughout the building for our listening pleasure. If you have not found Archive.Org you need to check out thier live music collections for download. It is a wonderous place full of awe.
Drop by the studio this weekend if you are out and about. Check out our progress and change.
Keep it centered.

We are in the middle of rewiring the studio. Many thanks to Ray who came out and helped us run new wire. It made it so much better having an extra hand. We also started painting the floor in the gallery. It will get a second coat tonight. I hope it comes out nicely.
Drop on by if you get the chance.
Keep it centered.

The Regatta

The Regatta show as a bit slow but we had a really good time. If you are around Oklahoma City and are looking for something you really need to check out this area of town. It is south of Reno on Lincoln (Byers). The city has really improved the riverfront. They said the bike trail goes all the way down to Meridian. If only Edmond would now follow suit.
We are working the next couple of weeks getting ready for the show An Affair of the Heart. It should be a really good one. Put it on your calendars now. It is the weekend of October 27th at the OKC Fairgrounds.
